About Manir
Manir is the Founder & CEO of Flora Carbon AI, bringing together forestry expertise, carbon market experience, and a strong interest in AI-driven climate solutions. With a Master’s degree in Botany and over 7 years of hands-on experience in nature-based carbon projects, he has contributed to the planting of 10+ million trees across India.
He is also a certified ISO 14064 GHG auditor and has worked across both carbon project development and GHG auditing. This combined experience gives him a practical understanding of how carbon projects are designed, monitored, verified, and positioned in the carbon market.
Manir has worked with leading carbon standards including VCS, Gold Standard, ICR, and Plan Vivo, with project experience across Asia, Africa and Latin America. At Flora Carbon AI, he leads the mission to make forestry carbon projects more transparent, scalable, and investment-ready, through one connected system that carries a project from land screening to field measurement.
